No, our cakes are soaked in rum and a buttery syrup after they're baked, enhancing the rich rum cake flavors that our bakery is known for.
What kind of rum do you use?
We use several different brands depending on the flavor of the cake. The brands we use are Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Cruzan, Bacardi, Malibu, The Kraken, and RumChata.

We are located in Spring, Texas.
Do you have gluten free?
No, we have researched this and in order to guarantee it's gluten free we would need a special dedicated kitchen which we don't have at this time.
Do you have sugar free?
No, alcohol turns into sugar so this option doesn't make sense.

Yes, we use eggs and butter in our cakes.
